Habeas Corpus - Movement on Nominees

Some movement lately on the pending judicial nominees in the district courts in New York.

On April 12, Vincent L. Briccetti was confirmed by the Senate and became the newest judge in SDNY.  He will be removed from the chart of nominees.

On April 7, J. Paul Oetken and Paul Engelmayer received unanimous approval from the Senate Judiciary Committee and were sent to the full Senate.  I'll add that notation to the chart.
