Second Circuit issued a summary order today in Slavin v. Artus. It's pretty short and it's available here. The underlyng issue is a little interesting: does it violate a defendant's rights against self-incrimination to force him to show his tattoos to the jury? However, the court quickly concludes that the State did not compel the tattoos themselves, so no Fifth Amendment violation. It's as easy as no compulsion, no violation.
