No habeas corpus cases to be heard this week in the Second Circuit.
To fill the space in this post, here's the trailer for my favorite criminal documentary, Brother's Keeper, which I have discussed around here before. I am actually greatly disappointed in this trailer, it makes the movie seem like a schlocky murder/mystery film, when it is anything but that. Really, the murder/mystery aspect of the movie is far less important than the intricate relationship between the brothers. But the trailer does explain, in literal terms, what the movie is about:
What's better is the following video of the late Spalding Gray talking about the movie. The funniest part of this video is when they flash this quote from him: "It was so gripping that I couldn't find a single moment to go take a pee."
