Just finished a global update to the Pending Second Circuit Cases page.
I added a case to the page after noticing it on an upcoming calendar. It was one of those cases that fell into the current information gap in the system: an unpublished district court COA order. In fact, I went and looked at the order and there was nothing substantive about it. It was simply a page with a list of different remedies (such as COA, assignment of counsel, IFP, etc.) with the box next to COA checked. Pretty mundane for such a significant order.
I will say this, though, there haven't been too many of these over the past year. Maybe two or three. So it makes me feel confident to say that the Second Circuit page is pretty comprehensive.
