Habeas Corpus - Pending Second Circuit Cases Page

Just finished a global update to the Pending Second Circuit Cases Page.  Not much of note, except to point out that the Second Circuit takes a break for awhile over the summer.  At least when it comes to hearing argument.  The last scheduled arguments are for the week of June 20.  that will be it for the court's August 2010 Term.  The August 2011 Term will begin the week of August 22, I believe.  Even though it won't be hearing argument, the court still will be issuing opinions and orders over the summer.
