Habeas Corpus - New Search Function

Just wanted to note that there is a new search function on the blog.  It's in the upper left hand corner.  It's a little easier than browsing through the categories.

Other improvements coming soon: A "Pending Supreme Court Cases" pages; A "2010 Habeas Grants" page; and a "2010 COA Grants" page. 

Also note that I am expanding the COA page from last year, now that I have access to the Second Circuit orders.
